Due to the recent weekend weather, we are re-evaluating our alternate indoor/rain plan in the event the competition must be moved indoors, is being re-evaluated. Additional information will be available the day of the event. Bands will not be able to use backdrops, sets or equipment other than performance equipment used by individual performers (flags, rifles, sabres, etc.). All props and equipment must be properly padded. Specific requirements are available in the ISSMA Festivals Manual.
